Verify your ID number

Checking your link…

Before we link your ID number to your account, customer care needs two photos to confirm it's yours.

1. A clear photo of your ID

Green ID book photo page, or the front of your smart ID card. All four corners in view, no glare.

2. A selfie holding the same ID

Your face and the ID photo both visible.

Only customer care sees these photos. They're used to check your ID and deleted as soon as a decision is made.

Thanks, your photos are with customer care. We'll let you know on WhatsApp, usually within one working day.

Electricity and airtime work in the meantime.
